Transaction size limits

Buying cryptocurrencies

For any purchase transactions, you have to be there in person with your NRIC or Passport. For transaction sizes larger than S$50,000, you have to provide a proof for source of funds.

Selling cryptocurrencies

For transaction sizes smaller than S$50,000, no documentation is needed.

Beyond S$50,000, purchase logs from the exchanges are necessary, along with your wallet address and transaction IDs (if applicable).

Are your funds accumulated from income

If your funds are saved from income, and the total sum is less than your annual income, then all you have to provide is:

  1. Latest notice of assessment (tax document)

If the total sum is larger than your annual income, then you have to also provide

  1. Bank account statements in the last 2 years

Are your funds accumulated from capital gains via other investments?

Documents needed:

  1. Latest notice of assessment
  2. Proof of capital gain from other investments

Are your funds inherited? Or saved through the years?

Documents needed:

  1. Bank account statements in your name holding the sum of money in the last 3 years

Are your funds transferred to you from another party?

Is the other party, a direct family member? Then the proof has to come from the direct family member as to how he/she got the funds (see above).

If the other party is not a direct family member, we will not accept such funds.

Payment

What can you pay with?

We accept both cash and bank transfers, however, we prefer bank transfers.

Amounts equal or larger than $5000 are to be paid by bank transfers only.

Bank transfers

Please bring your ibanking token and a computer/phone that's capable of accessing internet banking to our office. Your transaction will begin after you transfer the money to our bank account.

Fees

Are there fees?

The only fee that we will be charging on top of the rate you get on the rate calculator are withdrawal fees.

Withdraws - Our intention is to not make any profits on withdraws. However, each coin has a network transfer fee that is built into the coin. This means that we must charge a small amount to cover this fee.
